SOLARCRETE INSULATED BUILDING SYSTEM
Solarcrete is a built-in-place system using 7-1/4" foam with 2-3/8" of fiber reinforced Shotcrete over rebar on each side, making a twelve inch wall.

Solarcrete is a wall system that is:
       - Loadbearing
       - Insulating
(clear to the footer with no thermal breaks)
       - Earthquake and tornado resistant
(it is a reinforced concrete wall)
       - Energy efficient
            (typical R-value R36)
       - Soundproof (STC 75)
       - Fire resistant
            (two-hour rated)
       - Proven
            (in use since early 70's)
       - Economical
(higher insulating values - lower energy costs)
       - Eye-catching
(design allows for curves or other features at little
              additional cost)
       - Labor saving
            (does not require masons).

Full height rebar reinforced foam panels install quickly in and around building framing so that Shotcrete can be installed on a high production basis. These features make this wall system cost effective (in-place cost compare to Brick and Block
construction)
